    Abstract
    This Report presents what transpired during the Five- Months Internship which was carried out in accordance with the ARU 2023/2024 Objectives provided under Chapter One. The Internship started on 24/03 2024 and ended on 22/10/2024 and it was carried out in Nyamukaikuru B village, Nyamugisa Village, Kayembe, Kahanama village, Rwentale village, Burora village Burora Sub County, Kagadi District during the Internship. The Intern worked closely with the Technical and Political Staff of Burora Sub County, the Supervisor, Epicenter Manager and Community members. Several Methods and Techniques that were used included; the Visionary Approach (VA) that looks at what one truly wants (desired result) and analyses the Current Reality in relation to the Vision, and structural tension is developed by holding the Vision and the Current Reality simultaneously which leads to Action Steps. Community Action Planning (CAP) is another method that calls for actions to be taken so as to achieve the identified aspirations of the community, Observation, resource mapping, Participatory Action Research (PAR), Home Visits, Structural Tension Chart (STC) are under the methods that were used during the Internship. The Intern intervened at Individual, Family, Groups, and Community levels to implement actions. She engaged and participated in Community Development (CD) activities such as cleaning a water source and working on the Village roads among other activities as they will be fully discussed in Chapter Four
