    Abstract
    This report depicts what transpired during the five-month Internship which was carried out in accordance with the ARU Internship Objectives that is; The intern has capacity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of systems and structures in service delivery of Mpeefu Sub County in Kagadi district; the intern as Potential Epicenter Managers demonstrate an understanding of the role of Epicenter Strategy in the implementation of the parish development model and realization of Uganda Vision 2040. The Internship started on 1stJune, 2024 and ended on 25TH October 2024. It was carried out in two villages that is to say, Tuhumwire and Nyakatojo villages in Mpeefu Sub County, Kagadi District in Mid-Western Uganda. The Intern worked closely with the technical and political staff of Mpeefu Sub-County and Community members from the above-mentioned villages during the Internship. The methods used were; home visits, transect walk, Visionary Approach, interviewing, observation, URDT scroll The key results created by the Intern include; improved sanitation and hygiene, enhanced knowledge in visionary approach, improved nutrition, also taught the family and community members appropriate technologies and these are; making herbal soap, Lorena stoves both at family and community level. Improved health and sanitation both at family and community level through carrying out Community work (CD), kitchen gardening thereby contributing to economic empowerment and community transformation.
